Who we are and what we do

ChainMyne Capital Corp. ("ChainMyne Capital," "we," "us," or "our") is a commercial-financing broker. We help operating businesses find and arrange financing by submitting their files to third-party funders and lenders. We are a broker, not a lender or purchaser. We do not make credit decisions, we do not set pricing, and any financing agreement is between you and the funder. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend.

Eligibility

Our services are for business and commercial purposes only, for businesses in the United States. By using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you are applying for.

No guarantee of financing

All financing is subject to the underwriting, eligibility, and approval of third-party funders. Amounts, rates, and terms shown anywhere on this site are illustrative ranges, not offers of credit, and are not guaranteed. Product availability varies by state, and not every product is offered in every jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
• Have the authority to submit information about the business;
• Use the site and our services only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.

Communications and consent

When you submit an application or contact us, you agree that we and the funders we work with may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text at the details you provide. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the text message program operated by ChainMyne Capital Corp. ("ChainMyne Capital," the "Brand"). By providing your mobile number and opting in on our application form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description. ChainMyne Capital Corp. may send text messages of the types you select: application and account updates (application status, document requests, and account notifications) and/or offers and news (rate updates, new financing options, and occasional offers).

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the options you select and your activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Any message and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt out and help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you text STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and stop sending messages. For help, text HELP, or contact us at submissions@chainmynecapital.com or (646) 593-4368.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The content, design, logo, and materials on this site are owned by ChainMyne Capital or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

Our services connect you with third-party funders and lenders, and the site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their products, terms, or content, and any agreement you enter into with a funder is solely between you and that funder.
